What Messages You Will Receive

By opting in to SMS notifications from Greenside Live, you consent to receive text messages related to:

• Golf event invitations and reminders
• Payout notifications
• Event updates from courses you are a member of

These messages are sent to the mobile phone number you provided during registration or in your profile settings.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your event activity. You may receive up to approximately 10 messages per month, depending on how many events you participate in and the notification preferences set by your course administrators.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging rates will apply to any messages you receive from Greenside Live. Greenside Live does not charge separately for SMS messages.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time using any of the following methods:

• Reply STOP to any message you receive from us
• Toggle off SMS notifications in the mobile app under Profile → Notifications
• Email us at support@greenside.live

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will not receive any further SMS messages unless you opt back in through your profile settings.

Privacy

Your phone number and SMS consent status are used solely for delivering the notifications described above. We will not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or use of Greenside Live. You may use our platform without opting in to SMS notifications. You can revoke your consent at any time using the methods described above.

Supported Carriers

SMS notifications are compatible with most major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
